You must be 18 or older to create an account. The app is designed for parents and educators to use on behalf of children. You take responsibility for how the app is used by children in your care.
PlayWise Kids AI is for educational and entertainment purposes only. It does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice. Activities are AI-generated and should be reviewed by adults before use.
Always supervise children during activities. You are responsible for assessing whether any activity is appropriate for your specific child's age, abilities, and circumstances.
You may not use the app to generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Free accounts are limited to 3 AI generations per day and 10 saved activities. Premium subscriptions unlock additional features as described on the Upgrade page. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
Activities are AI-generated. We make no warranty that any activity is suitable for any particular child. Use your own judgment and always supervise children.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
